Each record in the CRM Log captures a single interaction with fields for interaction type, direction (incoming or outgoing), contact and company references, date/time, subject, duration, follow-up requirements, and notes. It includes dynamic badges for interaction type, follow-up status, and follow-up date/time, which provide visual tracking and prioritization.

The log can also accommodate file attachments such as call transcripts, screenshots, or email threads. It is formatted for easy scanning, with dropdowns and date/time pickers to streamline data entry and standardize inputs.
